Hi Holger,
Please follow the steps given below and check how it works :
  • Start Parallels Desktop. Do not launch your virtual machine.
  • From the Virtual Machine's Configure -> Options -> Startup and Shutdown
  • Set the Undo Disks feature to "Discard changes" or "Ask me what to do" and close Configure window.
  • Start the Virtual Machine and check how it works.

Hello Support ,
Thank you for your response .
By their tip I could start the virtual machine again . Thank you. Can you please post an update so that the virtual machine is no longer hangs ?
many thanks
Holger

Hello Support,
Unfortunately, I have the same problem which is very annoying.
Now I work with OS X 10.11.1 and Parallels Desktop 11.0.2.
In the settings I could not find the Undo Disks feature option. How can I fix the problem permanently.
Best regards
Holger Schrader
