After upgrading my PC to Windows 10, Parallels Access stopped working. I saw a couple of active processes, including 1 that was using almost 50% of my CPU. As a recent upgrader to Parallels 11 pro subscription, I was entitled to technical support. I scheduled a call with an agent who informed me that Parallels Access was a work in progress and does not work yet for Windows 10.
He suggested that I enroll in Parallels newsletter where I would get updates. My gripe is that Parallels has made a big deal that Parallels 11 is fully compatible with Windows 10, nowhere mentioning (not that I saw!) that PA was not yet compatible.
