Parallels desktop 11: "You have reached the maximum number of activations available"

    We have reset the activation key. Try to activate again and check.

    Hello.
    I also have the same problem - switched to a new computer and tried to use the "Activate on This Mac" Button but I always get error after that (Desktop Parallels 11 for Mac).
    Please can you help and reset my activations. Thank in advance.

    Hi there, I have also issue with my key and after moving from my old Mac to new Mac, my key doesn't work and said maximum number of license is reached and need to buy new license, despite I logged out of my old machine as instructed. Please can you reset my account? I have no problem logging into my Parallels Access and Tools however.

    This is quite annoying. I am moving to a different machine and I cannot activate either version. Deleted version 11 from old machine and cannot activate either 10 (a full version) or 11 (an upgrade version) on may replacement machine!! VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!

    Please reset activation for these!

    Thanks a lot for sharing your results here.
    Please note that Parallels Desktop 11 doesn't compatible with newest macOS. Do not forget to make a backup copy of your VM.

    I am having the same trouble and can't get back into parallels after a system update. The key is accepted but I get the too many activations message although I only have one copy
