Parallels Desktop 14 for Mac (Permanent)

I had a Parallels Desktop 14 for Mac Permanent license and now for some reason it has kicked me out and is asking me to upgrade to an annual subscription....

Why? I want to maintain my previous subscription not an annual subscription

Please advise

Hello Muhammed,

Please share a screenshot of the error message.

As of now, you have a permanent version and not a subscription.

You can only use your license on Parallels Desktop 14.

Please check if you have installed a newer version.

Hello,
Please follow the steps below
1. Uninstall the current version of Parallels desktop from your device by Open "Finder", Go to "Applications" and right-clicking on "Parallels Desktop" > Select Move to Trash > Empty Trash
2. Download and install the build of Parallels Desktop 14 using this link: https://download.parallels.com/desktop/v14/14.1.3-45485/ParallelsDesktop-14.1.3-45485.dmg
3. Activate Parallels Desktop 14 with your license key
4. Launch the virtual machine and Reinstall Parallels Tools
