Parallels Desktop 16 activation limit reached after moving to a new Mac

Hello Parallels Support Team,

I moved from my old Mac to a new Mac and would like to continue using my existing Parallels Desktop 16 license on the new Mac.

When I try to activate Parallels Desktop 16, I receive the following message:

"This license has reached its activation limit and can no longer be used to activate new product copies."

I have already signed out of Parallels on the old Mac. I am not trying to use the license on multiple Macs at the same time; this is only a migration to a replacement Mac.

Could you please reset the activation limit for my Parallels Desktop 16 license so I can activate it on the new Mac?
