Parallels Desktop 19 Performance Problems

Same issue here also with 19.1 installed and Sonoma. Also the top and bottom borders of the screen got narrow down and my CAD softwares act strange and crash.
 
I'm encountering the same problem that occurred in October 2023.
I have an Imac 24 inch M1 16 Giga RAM with SONOMA 14.4.1. Parallel Desktop PRO Edition Version 19.3.0 (54924) and Windows 11 23H2 ARM , SAP,Microsoft 365 ,SUMMIT installed.
In full screen mode, the screen freezes, the mouse doesn't respond.
I have reinstalled Windows 11 three times, reinstalled parallel desktop tools three times, deactivated Onedrive synchronization.the problem remains after these repair attempts.but after a few hours the screen freezes and the mouse no longer responds.
What can I do?
 
I fixed the problem today by Windows > Actions > Restart. I don't know if it had helped, but earlier I had also added Parallels inside the Mac to System > Privacy & Security > Full Disk Access. Fingers crossed.
