    Alex,

It looks you again installed English version. Now here is what you need to do:

    1. Quit Parallels Desktop
    2. In Finder, unmount both dmg's. I have attached a picture for reference.
    3. In Documents->Downloads find the file named "ParallelsDesktopSwitchToMac-parallels-de_DE-6.0.11828.615288.dmg".
    4. Click it and install Parallels Desktop.

If you did everyting right, the GUI should be in German, not in English.

    Hi

I have just purchased PD V6.0. Installed it, then installed Windows 7. Worked perferctly.

I have now restarted by Mac and I get the same error message as the first person on this tread. Nothing I have tried as worked. Still can not load PD.

Any suggestions would be greatly welcomed.

    Cheers
    Sandor

    Which version of Parallels?

If you have the following version of Parallels I have no clue what the problem may be:

    Build 6.0.11994
    (Revision 637263; February 17, 2011)

If you downloaded anything earlier (6.0.11828 to 6.0.1192), you have a version with known issues when used with the latest versions of Snow Leopard.

I am running Windows 7 (64 bit) with 11994 and no problems. I am running Snow Leopard 10.6.7 on a MacBook Pro I purchased last year.
