Parallels DT 12 on Mac OS 10.12.4

I have capture the wheel spinning for you. The wheel spinning will disappear in 2 or 3 minutes and nothing happen. The PD12 will quit from system like other people. Thank you.

Hi @ShaoJ , please uninstall Parallels Desktop 12 and reinstall and let us know if that helps.

 

Has anyone figured out what the fix is? Spinning wheel, that's all I get.

I have uninstalled PD multiple times, I have checked the Disk Utility, I have forced quit too many times.

 

This is the version I have been running.

 

Does anyone work for Parallels that can assist???
