Parallels Toolbox Clean Drive still ignores Trash!

    When are you going to fix this? Today, Clean Drive said 0.0 GB in Trash, yet there were a ton of files in there. When is this going to get fixed? It's been at least 4 months and I did file a problem report.

    We understand your concerns however, the Development Team doesn't provide us with any ETA required for the investigation, thus we have nothing to share with you on this matter - we hope it won't take a while.

    But as soon as we get an update, fix, or any news regarding the case - we will update you.
