Parallels Tools unable to update

I installed the latest update yesterday to Parallels version 9 and now I cannot update the Parallels Tools. I have followed all the support documents and even uninstalled and reinstalled Parallels but to no avail. Is anyone else having this issue? Can anyone out there help me out?

I have the same problem.
The Paralles Tools installation hangs at 60% and one hour later nothing happens.
Anybody can help us, please.?
