4 44franktn Junior Member Nov 15, 2008 #3 Thanks, tried that and got window saying I needed to reactivate windows due to hardware change. Mouse frozen when in PD. Really stuck now. Suggestions. Thanks again. SM

S STim Bit poster Nov 15, 2008 #4 Reboot your VM. The mouse should appear after that. You will need to reactivate after rebooting to continue the upgrade.
