pending subscription

    wish someone can help me.
    My Parallel desktop lite subscription expired today so I follow the link to renew it and actually I verify though my bank account that I have done the transcation
    but my renewal is "pending" so I am loosing my time and I cannot use anymore windows.
    Does someone know why this happen? and how I can get the subscription approved?

    Hello Sal2, Kindly follow the below mentioned steps and check if it helps.
    1. Sign out from the Parallels account within the app.
    2. Quit Parallels Desktop Lite.
    3. Remove Parallels Desktop Lite by following this link
    4. Run First Aid.
    5. Reboot the Mac.
    6. Reinstall Parallels Desktop Lite by following this link
    7. Click on 'Restore Purchases'.

    Hi Aj,
    thanks for you reply.
    But I am really worried about your suggestion.
    If I remove Parellels does it means that I will loose everything I have on windows and I have to reinstall all the softwares, right?
    this means that I will loose all my professional archive and days to reinstall everything...
    This doesn't look as a solution.
    Please, tell me that I am wrong!

    Reinstalling Parallels Desktop application will not affect your Windows virtual machine and you do not need to reinstall and program or files., The Windows .pvm will be safe in Mac side. You are just uninstalling the parallels Desktop application and reinstalling it.
