A niche configuration, but a WebGL framework works fine under Windows 10 but under Fedora 24 or 26 fails. Here is an example demo: http://pixijs.github.io/examples/#/basics/basic.js It actually works under Firefox but under Chrome, anywhere from v60-63 it will fail to render.
