I have a permanent license for desktop 17 and I'd like to get a permanent license for desktop 19 as I plan to upgrade my MacBook to Sonoma.
I tried to follow the instructions in this post: https://forum.parallels.com/threads/how-to-upgrade-a-permeant-licence-of-desktop-17-to-19.361254/, but when I visited the link given by Pramesh Boodadoo (https://www.parallels.com/desktop-upgrade/) it's not the same as the screenshot given in the same post. Why is it a "per year" price rather than a 1-time purchase one? Please help clarify.
