Power PC game support El Capitan

Good Evening,

If I was to obtain a copy of Parallels Software Desktop version 14 for my el capitan macbook pro and use a MAC OS X Snow Leopard disc, will I be able to play most power PC games using this software version 14? I really would like to play power pc games on my el capitan.

I had Parallels Desktop for Mac Standard Edition 11 then.
