Print to PDF (mac desktop) not working anymore.

Hello,

The "Print to PDF (mac desktop)" option no longer works for me. I get the following error when I try to open the .pdf.

The file "Windows 7 printed document.pdf" could not be opened because it is empty.

It has always worked perfect but just stopped today. I am running Parallels 12 v 12.2.1 with windows 7 on an iMac with High Sierra v 10.13.1

Any thoughts?? This is really shutting me down right now. Thanks in advance.
 
I should add that I have not updated anything other than parallels today (to see if it would fix the problem). I have also restarted the VM & Windows multiple times and have also cycled the mac. Any help would be so appreciated.
 
I do have the same issue since a couple of days on Parallels 14. Everything tried so far (Reinstalled Win10, reinstalled pdf printer, reinstalled parallel tools) nothing works out so far. Today a one hour call with the parallels support with no solution. did one of you solved the problem?

Did you tick "Add all Mac printers" in Configure->Hardware->Print ?
