Pro-Edition Upgrade Key Requiring Previous Version Key

I have just purchased the pro-edition and when I put the activation key, I am told "you have entered an upgrade key. Please confirm it with a key from the previous version."

I do not have a key from the previous version. How do I resolve this?

Hello, after using the trial version, you need to purchase the full version of Parallels Desktop license key. Upgrade key only works, when you already have a previous version license key. We have initiated a refund for your wring purchase. The amount will reflect in your account with in 5-7 business days.
