Problem with USB Device on Virtual Machine

Hi,

I have a device that works as expected with the USB drivers provided by the manufacturer and with a Native Windows machine (XP and Windows 10), but it fails to work on a virtual machine. So far I have tested a Win XP and Win 10 virtual machine, and I am getting the same errors on both.

I am running the latest version of Parallels Pro as of the date of this post. My Mac details are below Highlighted in blue are the details of the device that I am having problems with on the virtual machines. Any help on how to troubleshoot the issue will be very well appreciated.
