Hello! My license is not working when activating on a new Mac. I tried to follow the KB articles but I didn't have an option to disable my old license. I'm on the SAME version (v17) as my previous machine as this was a migration. When I try to activate via key, I get "This license has reached its activation limit and can no longer be used to activate new product copies". What can I do here?

Hi, I'm using Parallels Desktop 12 and moved to another computer, is there a way to de-activate the license on the old computer? The key I'm attempting to re-activate ends with -8EFBFC Thanks
