Problems with activation

Hi, the activation process asks me for both my new key and the old key, but the old key is no longer visible in the parallels subscriptions list.
Please help, I can no longer use parallels!

Hey, we've found only 1 key in your Parallels account. We sent it to you in private message, please check and let us know is this key your old key or not.
