OK, I have something strange. I have Oxygen Office installed on my Servers. If you browse to a file then double click on the file and try to open it up, it starts to open up then closes. If you then go to the launch of Oxygen office tool that starts up and then you can choose which application you want to launch then use the open document and browse via the open document it will open just fine. Any have this same issue or a fix?

I have lightspeed anti virus. The funny thing is sometimes it works OK other times it does not Basically what happens if you just browse to file and double click the file to open it up it will act like its launching then it shuts back down.. But if you use the main launching tool of Open Office you can launch that then use the open existing docuement then it will launch just fine.
Oxygen office is what I have installed I have the newest version installed funny thing is if start up like the word processor and let it sit there then browse to a document and try to open it it will then open up just fine
Try to contact 2x support,This is done by going to Help --> Send support request --> Fill in the information --> (at the bottom) save Zip and open a new ticket
i am using linux client the 2x thin client software.. Office 2000 does not give me the issue only Open Office... I think its really more with the Open Office than more with 2x
It does not always but it seems to happen more when there are multiple users trying to access the programs.
