Reactivation of Parallels 16

    I bought Parallels 16 through the App Store and it installed and activated without problem.
    Now I've had to reinstall MacOS on the same Macbook (I did not deactivate my license on the previous install).
    Even though I'm logged into iCloud before installing Parallels, clicking "Restore purchases" doesn't do anything and filling in my product key using the
    "I Have A Subscription" option states that my key is for Parallels 1 and needs to be upgraded.

    Could anyone tell me how to proceed in order to reactivate my license?

    Download Parallels Desktop using this link and activate it with your license key.
