    Hi,

    I have Parallel 10 license. I just have a new Mac and want to switch my license to this one.I don't have my old mac access now so I can't log out previous Parallel.

    I tried to activate it on my new Mac, but only received messages:
    You have reached the maximum number of activations available for your activation key (http://www.parallels.com/eula). Please purchase a new product license.

    I printed screen and saved it ask a link for your reference,

    Hi Sathiya,

    It still shows the same message: You have reached the maximum number of activations available for your activation key (http://www.parallels.com/eula). Please purchase a new product license.

    Please advice.

  4. Please follow the below steps to activate your Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac.
    1) Open Terminal (Finder --> Applications --> Utilities --> Terminal.app)
    2) Execute the command: prlsrvctl activate-license-online
    3) Start Parallels Desktop and try to proceed with the activation once again.
