refresh HALB current status

It would be great to get the current status of HALBs in the RAS Console. If a HALB is gone it does not show in RAS Console, it still has status "OK"; neither does the change from "passive" to "active" for the promoted HALB . I have to rely on external monitoring to even get aware of a gone HALB.

yes, i think a better monitoring of HALB would be a good idea.
maybe more session information, status of proxy and so on would be a good idea
