Refund - cancelling subscription

    After many attempts to login to my account to cancel the subscription, I am writing here as the support is inactive. I need to cancel subscription 454098356 as I don't need it anymore. Any help here?

    Please be informed that a refund request for the purchase has been submitted for processing.

    Furthermore, kindly note that it can take five to seven business days for refunds to show up on your account.

    I need to cancel my inactive subscription (It is expired on 24.09.2025) as I don't need it anymore.
    I have already purchased and activate a new account.
    Please cancel this auto renewal.
