Refund of Wrong Purchase

    Hi!
    I made a wrong purchase and would like a refund. I want to buy new license (Pro Edition) to a activate parallel but, unfortunately, I made the purchase of Standard Edition license(1-time purcharse). In fact, I'm new to this platform. Please refund this purchase so that I can buy correct one.
    This is my cleverbridge reference number 465531353.
