Yesterday, I payed the renewal bill of Parallels Desktop by click link in the email send by Cleverbridge, payment option is Alipay. Alipay says transaction successfully, but when returned to cleverbridge page, it says failed, and Parallels Desktop subscription status is still "Expired". I have called the customer service hotline of Alipay yesterday, they ask me email to Cleverbridge and wait. I have sent an email to Cleverbridge via their feedback web page yesterday, no reply until now. What should I do to solve this asap? It has seriously affected my work!
