Shifting an Mpeg from Host to Guest

Can anyone tell me how to shift a large file from an XP host to an XP Guest.

My Clipboard doesn't seem to work.

You can use network share between host an guest. Choose host-only networking type if you don't have real network card.

Hello Roger,

You may do that by creating a network share on your guest OS, accessing it from the primary OS and uploading the file.

Clipboard synchronization tool works with text only. Copy-pasting files from host to guest via it will not work. Although such feature is in our plans for future versions already.

While I can see that this does have some use (especially for people who are using virtual "servers" etc) I still feel that the networked drives or mounts is probably the fastest way to go about this.
