SkyDemon hung and mouse disabled

    SkyDemon has hung in Windows 7 due to an unhanded exception or something and the mouse cursor disappears as soon as I click on anything.
    Net result is I cannot close SkyDemon or do anything else with the mouse as it just disappears.
    I reboot my mac and relaunch Parallels but Skydemon is still there hung with the same problem.
    There is no phone number I can find anywhere for Parallels Support.
