Hi there, I'm having an issue with my install of Parallels 12 that affects all of my Windows VM's (Windows 7, Windows 10 Anniversary and Creators). Specifically, I am using several Smartcard readers (CCID compliant) for development and I find that intermittently the Smartcard service simply stops responding. It will no longer detect reader or card changes and any application that uses smartcards will lock up if I reload it. The only way to correct the issue is to hard-stop the VM, as a normal shutdown will freeze on the shutdown screen. I'm using the readers directly attached to the VM (not via the proxy CCID reader, which isn't an option for development). Is this problem known? Is there a way to diagnose what might be causing it? Thanks, Ko P.S. My host OS is OSX Sierra 10.12 (clean install, all updates) on a MBP2015 15" and I have base-snapshots of all Windows VM's (just after initial install and windows update run).
