SPLA license expired. Parallels sales totally letting me down!

Our SPLA license expired with no notification, and my customer with 105 users is completely down. I have to say, sales and support is totally letting us down today. We just want to pay for and renew our SPLA license.
As an alternative, can I buy a few user licenses online and plug them in to test? Can I then add 80 more?
Give me something here as we will probably lose this account after this debacle.
 
BobW16, There are various alerts that will indicate the a license is going to expire. The product itself has an alert system that can help you here.
