Support doesn't answer; why ?!?!?!?!?!

Hello Diana,
I’ve problems with the input of my activation key.
I’ve got it from www.application-systems.de.
It is A4JZG-8XTOD-SHYZD-HERPT-SM6xx.
The Produkt-ID is 00006-3221405690-000404 .


So here you get my supportquestion because at the moment
The input in the supportmask isn’t possible:

we are using parallels to run some applications on XP-Home SP2 and have
some problem reguarding one specific software that requires to read the
CPU-ID.
The software is using Dot.Net 2.0 and in special the calls:

ManagementClass mc = new ManagementClass("Win32_Processor");
ManagementObjectCollection moc = mc.GetInstances();
mo.Properties["ProcessorId"].Value.ToString();

to retrive the cpu-id, but the call always returns an empty string.

We know that the underlying hardware is just emulated but would like to
know if its possible to tell paralells to pass the cpu-id from the
host-system to the guest system?

It seems very difficult to get an answer from parallels support-people. Only the answermachine and to times Diana answered. But both parts of my thread/emails are still not clear. Anybody else able to help me ??

What I have noticed from Parallels is that they are a very devoloper heavy company.

Often they will just "fix things" in the next release, without telling you that they are fixed, or even making an announcement of it. They do not seem to have enough PR people making sure that they are communicating with the public.

What I reccoemend: they have a beta program signup on their site (I dont have a url, someone posted it here in the forum). Sign up for it and try your program in a beta version of the software if/when one becomes available.
 
Hi Diana, whats with my answer to you ? You wanted my details, you got it per mail, 4 days ago. Is it possible to get a response ?
It's going to get a endless story with no success.
