    For those struggling with this, just an update that Parallels did finally respond, after a few days, via their Facebook Messenger account.

    Hello, I get the same message (in German) when trying to activate my Parallels Desktop 16. I don't have any messenger service, "email support" is greyed out.
    I really need help!
