Transfer upgrade license from account to another

    Dear support team,
    I have recently purchase an upgrade license for Parallels Desktop 15, since Parallels Desktop 9 was not anymore supported on Mac OS High Sierra.
    Not knowing that I already had an account for the old existing license, I assigned the upgrade license to a new parallels account.
    During installation, I now get the error that the two licenses are attributed to 2 different accounts. Is there a possibility to have the upgrade license transferred to the old account?
