I have sent my Mac to repair, and the disk is wiped out. When I tried to reinstall the PD and activate it, it failed with error like the old license key is not accepted by the activate server.
The version is 17. The upgrade license is accepted but when it prompt to get the original license, the activate sever rejected it

Indeed, PD is a great software; however, it is not considered inexpensive. Additionally, email customer support is offered separately, and the experience of resolving issues through the forum is less than satisfactory, with no guarantee of timely solutions.
I also have this issue, have a Permanent Licence for Parallels Desktop 14 and I had to swap the SSD out on my mac due to disk failure and now it says I'm at the activation limit. Not sure why I can't just email support for help, I paid for the software for a Perpetual Licence now they want me to pay subscription to be able to email support? Can someone from Corel / Parallels please contact me?
