How do you think, sending license key into a Forum?????

You know, it is a commercial question, not a chat, because we are not able to use licenses since 20-Jul-2023.
I have the same issue when I want tp move my Parellels 14 license to a new Mac.
I wish there a
was a way to deactivate the licence on the old Mac and reactivate it on the new one from my Parallels account, the way other vendors handle these kind of issues.

We checked and the license is currently not being used on a machine.

Hey, i bumped into a message that i reached limit of my activations. I often had to reinstall my mac os, or switch my machine. I was unwarned about the limitations before. I kindly ask you to reset my license to make it usable again. Thank You
