Unable to confirm the product license. Parallels 10

    I am having the same issues as others. I am trying to migrate to a new Mac and want to deactivate on my old device. I am getting the
    Unable to confirm the product license. error. I saw in other threads to run
    prlsrvctl activate-license-online in terminal, but I get
    Unable to confirm the product license. Please activate the product first. I then tried running it as a trial to get it to activate and I now get "
    Unable to confirm the product license. Trial activations cannot be confirmed. Please activate the product with a full key."

    Hi @RobertC17, we have made few changes in the key settings, please reactivate with the same license key and keep us posted the results. Thanks!
