Unable to connect to Parallels Service on Asus router

Hi.

I just got a new Asus router.

It's blocking acccess to Parallels. I'm getting this:

Unable to connect to Parallels Service

I have to turn off the Asus Firewall to get it to run.

Any thoughts on how to fix this? I'm so lost. I know nothing about routers.

Hi Don, when you got this issue? After stating Parallels Desktop? Does the issue reoccur after turning firewall off?
Which version of Parallels Desktop and macOS are you using?
