I am having the same issue: "This license key is associated with another Parallels account."
Can you please reset the activation limit on my Parallels Desktop 16 key?

The key *****-PZDGWN is registered under the Parallels account registered under the email address 2m*****@*****.appleid.com

Please use the email address to sign in Parallels Desktop.
