I am also still waiting for a 3.0 activation key. I bought Parallels 2 with Upgrade Protection on January 19th... I emailed parallels support on June 15th about this, but have heard nothing back. Can someone please assist me..?
I'm also in the same boat -- purchased with Upgrade Protection and then never received a v3 key. I sent an email to info@parallels.com and order-support@parallels.com a week ago and heard back nothing from either, other than the automated reply saying that a support person would contact me within 3 business days. I just sent a follow-up email before doing a web search and finding this thread. Mike@Parallels, Since you are obviously familiar with this problem and are acting on it, could you please sort out my missing v3 activation key too. The order-support ticket is "Parallels #171943". Mike@Parallels, can you also look into my support case please? I opened a ticket one week ago. It's ticket #173888. When I purchased Parallels I received an email stating that I had upgrade protection for major releases for one year, but I have not received an activation key for 3.0. Thanks.
