I solved the problem for my Radioddity DB20-G a/k/a Anytone AT-779UV by:
Instead of using the included USB to RJ-45 Prolific cable (for which I have not been able to find an ARM driver), I made a DIY adapter for my USB to K-1 FTDI cable. The adapter is a K-1 female to RJ-45, so that the FTDI cable is now USB to RJ-45 and allows the CPS programming software to work on both of my Radioddity and Anytone radios. Thanks again!
