USB Serial Device (COM 3) This device cannot start. (Code 10)

    Hello guys, the newest Parallels Desktop 17.1.1 update has been released recently.
    And it resolves a USB devices connectivity issue.
    Please check the issue and let us know the results.

    Doesn't resolve the issue I reported, and no mention of such is made in the release notes. Waste of time.

    Hi, it might be just me but I am unable to downgrade to 17.0.1. Following the instructions in KB 128608 (per link above), Parallels only confirms that I have the latest version (17.1.1 (51537)) and won't prompt me any other option to downgrade. I still have the USB connectivity (Code 10) issues. Please, help me downgrading to 17.0. Thanks!

    Hi Maria. Thanks for the email. I just upgraded to Version 17.1.1 and it works! Thanks again for all of your help.

    It's not working for me... same issue with 17.1.1.
