Hello - we can't update our license count, we're getting this message on our billing page. I've updated our creditcard and we're paid up for the year already, how do I fix this? Screnshot below
Hello MichaelB40, If payment option is PayPal and order is in Awaiting Offline Payment status, you need to open email received from Cleverbridge and follow payment instructions (login to PayPal account and authorize the payment) and see if this helps. Thanks!
