Windows 10 Update jammed

Hi,

I had windows 8.1 on my parallels, and updated it to 10 with a license code.
I've started the update and now I can't use parallels any more. It's jammed on this screen (see attachment)
Solidworks is on this virtual machine and I can't install solidworks again, so I need to use this virtual machine.

How can I get back to the instal screen or anything?

Hi, did you try to reset your VM? (Action -> reset)?

well, your situation seems quite familiar as i was stuck the same way. i did a lot of research on google and it all boiled down to +1855-247-0709 this number. they helped me through and made my problem a cakewalk anyway these guys can really help and they diagnose your problem for free.
