Windows 10 Upgrade Fails (installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase )

I have tried to install the Windows 10 upgrade via the instructions http://kb.parallels.com/en/122884 but it fails everytime.

I get the following message when it goes to reboot:
We couldn't install Windows 10
We've set your PC back to the way it was right before you started installing Windows 10
0xC1900101- 0x20017
The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during BOOT operation

help please.

Same problem here and I have followed (I think )all of the random forum advice given

1) 4gb memory
2) 22gb free disk
3) Changed from SATA 0:1 to IDE 0:1
4) Windows 8 is up to date
5) No virus protection installed

Followed all posted instructions. Parallels can you help? I upgraded and gave you money specifically to get Win10 because you told me I needed to so I could get Win 10 but now your software won't let me install Win10.

Your Parallels Desktop and macOS version, when does the issue reoccurs, did you get any error message?
