The cause of this problem is new Retina display, we are already collecting reports from customers about compatibility issues and passing them to our Development Team. They are already aware of this problem and working hard on elaborating fix for it. Your report is really important for us, thank you for the time spent on investigation.
We attached your report to internal request sent to our Development Team in a separate system to continue investigating this issue, and regarding this we will need to close the ticket in this system.
Please note that it does not mean that we stopped working on it, the investigation will go internally. In case quick solution/workaround becomes available or we need any additional details, we will reopen this ticket or create a new one for you to deliver news. No additional actions required from your side.
The Developers Team will work with the problems ahead and decide whether a problem is corrected in the next update or patch is supposed to be included into a new major version of the product. Once update is ready we publish it on our site, you may subscribe on our notifications at
