Windows bar and right click on the desktop/apps does not work

After recent updates either windows or macOS Sequia 15, the windows menu bar does not respond.
Also, I been trying to run windows 11 pro on an SSD with 1TB, and CPU 8, 64 GB (32 GB). Though when downloading or updating apps for 3D modeling and design, or when updating any other app, at some point the windows crash and the SSD gets disconnected from the MacBook Pro.

Any advice or help much appreciated.
