Hi,
I am running Parallels 10 on a Mac book pro OS X Yosemite.
Yesterday I tried to remember my windows account password, but none was set, so I set one in the Control panel, but removed it.
Then I needed to restart the VM and it asks me now for a password I really don't know.
I tried these steps :
http://kb.parallels.com/114193
and got the following :
I don't think I've got parallels tools installed.
Any chance someone can help me to unlock my VM ?
Regards,
Clement
