Windows VM failing to load

I upgraded to macOS Catalina Version 10.15.4 and now I get terminal window which displays the following when I attempt to load my windows VM:

How long does it take to get a response. Is there a support number I can call into?

A long time. I wouldn't expect one. I had the same issue and did not receive help here before my trial expired.
