    Hi,

Just upgraded my Parallels Desktop software a few days ago. I then bought a new MacBook Pro and I'm in the process of prepping it for production. Installed Parallels and ran across this error message (see attached pic).

How do I go about de-activating the license on the old computer, so I can use it on the new computer?
    Thanks

  2. Hi @ChrisH2, we've deactivated your license and now you can activate it on your new Mac.

Hi - I'm unable to activate my license on my mac after reinstalling os x. I get the same message as others... that it's reached it's limit. Can mine be reset? @Maria@Parallels
